In my view people's success at work depends on how you communicate with each other and your appearans. Skills of communication include: pronounciation, you should look at speaker during your speech, respect the interlocutor, it is necessary to be able to listen, in society it is impossible to use insults.... generally, you should be polite:) Appearance has to be tidy, people shouldn't be afraid to approach and talk to you. If you adhere to these rules, you will become the successful person.
